Located on the Niagara River at Lewis St., in the beautiful town of Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. map

Like the name implies, the Recovery Unit originally was founded to facilitate the recovery of property and persons lost in the areas watercourses.  Today the Recovery Unit functions as a SCUBA club with diving interests ranging from shallow to deep.  When requested, the Recovery Unit will engage in community service operations.  Any club member may volunteer to assist in such operations if they wish.

Built in 1902 as a municipal water pumping station, the Unit building is club owned.  Members have use of all club property including air compressor, NITROX, Zodiac boat and motor, dry suits, tanks, regulators, dive computers etc.

The club has many functions.  Dive trips, Bar-B-Qs, Video Nights and Diver Training to name a few.

Membership is open to all certified divers.  Family membership is welcome and encouraged. Like to join? application
